3D INVERSION MIXING TECHNOLOGY

Move the entire container through a multidirectional mixing pattern.

The container rotates through changing axes and orientations, repeatedly dividing, recombining, and redistributing the powder bed. With no internal blades, the process reduces internal product-contact components. Depending on the model and scale, materials may be mixed in removable containers or in an integrated fixed drum designed for production operation.

For removable-container systems, use vessels of different sizes, shapes, and materials with interchangeable holders. Optional liquid dosing can add controlled amounts at variable timing during the mixing cycle. Fixed-drum production systems are also available for dedicated, higher-volume operation.
