Alphie Powder Blender Production Models
Our larger industrial and production-scale 3D inversion mixers are designed for efficient, gentle, and highly uniform mixing of powders, granules, flakes, pellets, and other dry materials. Unlike conventional mixers that rely on high-speed blades or aggressive agitation, the 3D inversion mixing motion moves the entire container through a controlled, multi-directional tumbling pattern. This helps promote consistent blending while reducing shear, heat generation, product degradation, and segregation.
These mixers are ideal for production environments that require reliable batch-to-batch consistency, clean operation, and flexible container handling. They are commonly used for pharmaceuticals, battery materials, chemicals, ceramics, food ingredients, nutraceuticals, polymers, metal powders, and other demanding industrial materials.
Industrial 3D inversion mixers are available in sizes ranging from 100 liters to over 1,500 liters, making them suitable for pilot-scale production, full production batches, and high-volume processing applications.
