Containers and Adapters

The Kakuhunter mixer can accommodate multiple container sizes and shapes, giving users flexibility when processing different material volumes, viscosities, and application requirements. By using the proper adapter, materials can be mixed and degassed in small jars, syringes, cups, bottles, and specialty containers without needing to transfer the material between vessels. This helps reduce material loss, minimize contamination risk, and improve workflow efficiency.

EASY TO USE TOUCH PANEL

The touchscreen interface is designed for simple, intuitive operation. Users can touch the field they want to edit and enter values directly, making setup faster and easier. Speed settings, operating time, and other numerical parameters can be entered using a pop-up numeric keypad, eliminating the need to move a cursor with buttons or scroll through values manually.

This streamlined input method improves usability, reduces setup time, and helps operators enter process conditions more accurately.

MONITOR PROCESSING DATA

The system makes operating data easy to monitor by displaying key process information both graphically and numerically. Users can view revolution speed, rotation speed, vacuum pressure, and other important operating parameters in real time, either as a visual graph or in log form. This allows operators to track process conditions, confirm repeatability, and review performance data after mixing and degassing.

The ability to monitor and record operating conditions supports better quality control, easier troubleshooting, and more consistent processing results.

SAFETY FEATURES

This model is designed to make container handling smoother, safer, and more convenient, especially when working with heavy containers filled with material.

Instead of manually turning the cup tray rotor or struggling to remove containers from difficult positions, the system includes a rotor stopping position setting function that allows the rotor to stop in a user-selected position at the end of operation for easier container access. It also features a cup tray rotor 180-degree turning function, which automatically rotates the rotor halfway with the press of a button, bringing the opposite container into an easy removal position.

These functions help reduce operator effort, improve workflow efficiency, and make loading and unloading containers more ergonomic during routine mixing and degassing operations.

Step 1: Remove one container
Steo 2: Close the lid of the machine and press the button.
Step 3: The rotor makes a half turn and stops at the same position as the previous container.

OPTIONAL NON-CONTACT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

The optional Kakuhunter Temperature Monitoring System allows users to measure and monitor material temperature in real time during the mixing process. This accessory helps improve process control, supports repeatable results, and provides added protection for temperature-sensitive materials.
