Alphie 20 Powder Blender
The Alphie 20 3D Powder Blender is a pilot and small production mixer designed for highly uniform blending of powders, liquids, and suspensions, even when materials vary in bulk density, particle size, shape, or mixing proportion. Its removable, sealed mixing container allows the powder-filled drum to be placed directly into the mixing cage, helping reduce cross-contamination, minimize operator exposure, and simplify batch changeover. With programmable speed, time, and mixing direction through an HMI/PLC control panel, the Alphie 10 provides repeatable blending performance for R&D, pharmaceuticals, food and nutrition, metal powders, ceramics, plastics, nano powders, cosmetics, and other technical applications. The system is supplied on its own sturdy base stand, requires no special foundation, and is available in powder-coated carbon steel or stainless steel GMP construction for clean rooms and regulated environments.
