Containers and Adapters

The Kakuhunter mixer can accommodate multiple container sizes and shapes, giving users flexibility when processing different material volumes, viscosities, and application requirements. By using the proper adapter, materials can be mixed and degassed in small jars, syringes, cups, bottles, and specialty containers without needing to transfer the material between vessels. This helps reduce material loss, minimize contamination risk, and improve workflow efficiency.

The ability to use different container formats makes the system suitable for a wide range of applications, from small-scale R&D samples to larger laboratory batches, while maintaining consistent mixing, dispersion, and bubble removal performance.

OPTIONAL NON-CONTACT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

The optional Kakuhunter Temperature Monitoring System allows users to measure and monitor material temperature in real time during the mixing process. This accessory helps improve process control, supports repeatable results, and provides added protection for temperature-sensitive materials.
